By using BarkRodeo ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use BarkRodeo.
  • By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content & Conduct - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

BarkRodeo maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and content removal.

  • You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or share using BarkRodeo.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you upload.
  • You must not upload, generate, or share content that:
    • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
    • Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
    • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
    • Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy of others
    • Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
    • Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
    • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • BarkRodeo reserves the right to immediately remove any content and terminate accounts without notice for violations.
  • We are not liable for any content uploaded by users or any consequences arising from such content.

4. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

  • BarkRodeo uses AI to generate captions and thought bubbles for entertainment purposes only.
  • AI-generated content may be humorous, satirical, or unfiltered. You use this content at your own risk and discretion.
  • We are NOT responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and sharing any AI-generated content before it is distributed.
  • If you share AI-generated content, you represent that you have reviewed it and accept full responsibility for its content and any consequences.
  • BarkRodeo disclaims all liability for any harm, damage, or consequences arising from AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original photos and uploads.
  • By uploading content, you grant BarkRodeo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the app's features.
  • All app code, design, and AI models are the property of BarkRodeo and its licensors.

6. Privacy

Your use of BarkRodeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • BarkRodeo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • AI-generated content may be unpredictable or offensive. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability & Complete Disclaimers

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARKRODEO AND ITS CREATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
  • We are not liable for any content uploaded by users, AI-generated content, or any consequences arising from such content.
  • We are not liable for any harm, damage, or consequences resulting from inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
  • You are solely responsible for your use of the app and any content you create, upload, generate, or share.
  • BarkRodeo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • In no event shall BarkRodeo's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the app (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarkRodeo, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

10. DMCA & Copyright

If you believe content on BarkRodeo infringes your copyright, contact us at admin@argosventures.com with details. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA requests.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an update in the app or on our website. Your continued use of BarkRodeo after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Termination & Enforcement

  • BarkRodeo reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and remove all your content without notice for any violation of these terms.
  • Violation of our content policies will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to BarkRodeo at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete all your content and data.
  • You may stop using the app at any time, but these terms will continue to apply to your past use.
  • No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
