  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • BarkRodeo uses AI to generate captions and thought bubbles. These are for entertainment purposes only and may not reflect reality.
  • AI-generated content may be humorous, satirical, or unfiltered. Use at your own discretion.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original photos and uploads.
  • By uploading content, you grant BarkRodeo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the app's features.
  • All app code, design, and AI models are the property of BarkRodeo and its licensors.

6. Privacy

Your use of BarkRodeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • BarkRodeo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • AI-generated content may be unpredictable or offensive. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarkRodeo and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
